By inviting Kairoku to your Discord server, you agree to follow these rules. If you don't agree, kick the bot. it's that simple.

2. Usage Guidelines

don't be that guy. Specifically:

• Do not attempt to DDOS, spam, or intentionally break the bot's API.
• Do not use the bot to stream illegal or highly inappropriate audio in public servers.
• Do not exploit bugs for malicious purposes.

3. Service Availability

Kairoku is provided as a free service. We do our best to keep it online 24/7, but sometimes servers catch on fire. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, and we are not liable if the music stops playing during your intense gaming session.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kairoku is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for user-generated content, audio streamed through the bot, or any actions taken by server members using the bot's commands.
